Roy’s career has been defined by a deep commitment to helping individuals reach their highest potential—from mentoring top sales talent to transforming staffing models across IT, engineering, finance, and healthcare.  Eric Allen brings a powerful combination of leadership, discipline, and heart to The Hive Scholarship Foundation. As a former Director of Athletics and Head Football Coach at Northland Christian School and current Educator and Offensive Coordinator at Concordia Lutheran, Eric shapes young leaders on and off the field, instilling a mindset of excellence through character, effort, and resilience.

A former Division I athlete at Oklahoma State and the University of Montana, Eric understands firsthand the transformative power of opportunity. His professional journey spans over a decade in youth athletic development, from launching CrossFit gyms to training elite competitors, always with a focus on unlocking potential—regardless of background.

Eric’s passion for education, performance, and mentorship makes him an invaluable voice in helping The Hive identify and support students who are not only gifted—but ready to rise. His presence on the board reinforces our commitment to elevating the full person: body, mind, and spirit.
