Our scholarship fund for gifted students is open to applicants across the U.S. in grades K–12 as well as undergraduate college students. Applicants are evaluated through a holistic review process including essays, recommendations, and achievements.

No. The Hive Scholarship Foundation is focused on identifying exceptional talent, not income levels. We believe access to elite education should be determined by merit, drive, and character—not household income. 


Our initial goal is to fund at least 6 full scholarships in our first year, then grow by 25–30% annually. As the fund grows, we aim to support both K–12 and collegiate private education with increasing impact each year. 


The Hive is sustained through individual donations, corporate sponsorships, and long-term endowment building. All donations are directed toward growing the fund, covering scholarships, and responsibly managing operations. 


No. To maintain integrity, donor involvement in recipient selection is strictly prohibited. Donors may recommend awareness efforts, but the selection process is completely independent and board-reviewed. 


Funds are held in a secure, designated nonprofit account. We do not use risky investment vehicles. Our goal is to preserve capital, maintain transparency, and responsibly disburse scholarships aligned with donor intent. 


Yes. We offer opportunities for named scholarships or directed giving if you’d like your donation to support a specific category (e.g., STEM students, a geographic area, or a specific school). Contact us to tailor your giving. 


We publish an annual impact report, maintain board oversight, and follow all IRS 501(c)(3) compliance rules. You’ll know how your funds are used, and you can always request updates on scholarship activity and fund growth. 


Yes. We welcome recurring monthly donations, employer-matched contributions, and legacy giving through wills or donor-advised funds. These long-term gifts help us plan and expand impact reliably. 


Depending on your donor tier and privacy considerations, we offer annual recognition events and personalized thank-you updates. For higher-tier donors, you may receive video messages or written notes from the recipients (without influencing selection).
